Precision cast,Uniformity throughout wide angle belt is ensured because the seamless
polyurethane compound body is not layered but cast as a single unit after the positioning
of the tensile cords in the mould,used for maximum power transmission capability at high
speeds. It also improves adhesion to the tensile cords. Ribbed top provides lateral rigidity
without increasing bending stresses.The ribs also help to keep belts running cool.
Mainly used in high torque transmission systems. The small cross-section makes them
the preferred choice where short center distances and small diameter sheaves are
required on compact equipment designs. Ideal for vertical shaft drives, without need
specialized pulleys.Can be used with small diameters pulley for greater speed ratios.
